Delete Your 180 Absolute Cinema Account
This page explains how to delete your 180 Absolute Cinema account and the data associated with it across the website, mobile app, referrals, notifications, and connected profile systems.
How To Delete Your Account In The App
In-app path: Profile > Settings > Session > Account Deletion > Delete Account
- Open the Account Deletion section from inside the signed-in app.
- Review the permanent deletion warning and retention notes shown in the session panel.
- Confirm the final deletion action inside the app.
- Your account-linked profile, comments, replies, follows, referral state, and push state are then removed.
If You Cannot Access The App
If you cannot sign in, you can still request deletion through the support channel listed in the app store listing. Send the request from the email address linked to your account when possible. If you no longer control that inbox, include your username and any other identifying details that help us verify the request safely.
What We Delete
- Account profile data such as email, full name, username, gender, birth date, avatar, bio, and profile link.
- User-created content and social graph records reasonably linked to the account, including comments, replies, reactions, follows, and referral associations.
- Push registration records, notification tokens, and account-linked sync state used by the mobile application.
- Analytics identifiers and product records that can reasonably be tied back to the deleted account, unless retention is required for security or legal reasons.
What May Be Retained
- Limited security, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, and rate-limiting records may be retained for up to 90 days after request completion.
- Records may be retained longer if needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or complete active security investigations.
- Aggregated or de-identified analytics that can no longer be associated with your account may be retained.
Processing Time
We aim to review and complete valid deletion requests within 30 days. If additional time is required for verification or legal review, we will process the request as quickly as reasonably possible.
